Today's Target: to KISSS the NAPE

Theme: Setting the Annual Report (for the last Year) + the Action Plan (for the next year)

Mr. CoT (Cup Of Tea)
Ms. GiGi (my Glasses after cleaning and fixing for the 4th time in a couple of months)
Ms. Hng (Hand Note: Agenda)
Mr. Pen & his boy friend: Mr. Eras (Eraser =Correction Pen)
Mr. Pencil & his wife: Ms. Ruby (rubber)

And sure me: Ms. Mira (Mrmr- Is the mos-t Refined among all those- Attendees)



Minutes:

Every one took his position waiting for the opening speech –which it’s the ending one as well-

And Ms. Mira opened the speech by:
"Honorable Chair, Honorable Delegates, Ladies and Gentle men: today is the 6th of Dec. and my boss is coming by the next Saturday and looking to find my annual report and the draft of my action plan , and as usual I didn't finish it yet…..

So now am looking to you , especially Ms. A.Sbo (Annual SignBoard) while you are empty and thinking how I could draw my graph and presented in the board meeting, as in this meeting they 'll discuss whom they 'll renew their contracts and whom not….

On the other hand, am gazing on my dear Ms. Hag (Hand Note: Agenda) thinking what shall I do for my personal life and how I planned for the next year, now am 26.7 y/o , and I've school to finish in order to finish my occupation papers and travel as well –in case I went for this way-

So now Honorable Attendees: What shall we do now????" Ms. Mira said,

Thus, the attendees discussed all about in their round tables and came out by the following:

Lets focus about the main goals in "Mrmr's life" in the next 5 years, stressing on the importance of drafting out the learned lessons of the last couple of years, plus checking the "Reporting Action Plan for the office" making sure of the compatibility of my software –on my PC-with the manuals reports , and to make sure that all are updated, plus dragging the translated documents to the graph to be presented as well.



By the end, all agreed on:
What ever the action plan is, and what ever the report is..and to whom will be presented !!!!

The most important to keep in minds is:

Remember in all this -KISSS the NAPE- : Keep it Short, Simple and Straightforward in the Next Action Plane to Earn
