In the curent situation Isreal want to force "Hizbal Allah" to be away from the Lebanese Case, and to avoid prctical solutions could be provided by the Global Nations for the Lebanese Case especially the over 46 Lebanese prisoners in custody -in Isreal- with no crime, & over 1000 Palastinian prisoner (only sick & old cases) and may be becouse of "& mainly" the Khiam Prison problem :( Lebanese civilians who were tortured in Khiam) as till now the International Society didn't have any actions nor provide any affective solutions for this issue, which push "Hizba Allah" & all Lebanon to struglle hard for these Citizens worthmention here that the Israeli government refuse to respect international humanitarian and human rights law in occupied south Lebanon till now" - Israel Responsible for Abuses in Khiam PrisonStop Arbitrary Detention and Torture of Civilians in Occupied South Lebanon - According to "Hanny Megally" -Executive director of the Middle East and North Africa division of Human Rights Watch - "This prison is operated entirely outside the law.
